At Anything Personalized, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee all of our orders through either a refund or a replacement.
In order for the return to be accepted, the apparel must be returned within two weeks of delivery and you must notify our team before sending the apparel back. Returns will only be accepted if the item is wrong or the design is not what you approved. We are not responsible for changes in scope of the design, such as changing a name or a color after the fact.
Refunds can only be made to your original form of payment.
